Event production services require detailed planning, deposits, and formal agreements. All terms, including cancellation policies, will be specified in individual service contracts.

4.3 Payment Terms

• All fees are non-transferable

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of XECUTE TEAM and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XECUTE TEAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.
